Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Inspector with our client, you will be responsible for conducting goods inwards inspections for incoming materials, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards. This will involve examination and precise measurement using various tools.

Additionally, you will monitor and maintain the quality inspection dashboard and moulding inspection, communicating identified defects to internal and external stakeholders and collaborating on corrective actions for timely resolution.

  • Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Quality Dashboard Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the quality inspection dashboard and moulding inspection to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Defect Communication: Communicate identified defects to internal and external stakeholders, collaborating on corrective actions for timely resolution.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge and experience of NCRs (Non-conformities) and understanding of ISO14001 and Health and Safety practices.
  • Quality Testing: Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems, as well as strong knowledge of inspection equipment/gauges.
