Care Assistant Job Description

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care to older adults. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our team to support residents with their daily needs, engage in activities that promote their well-being, and build strong relationships with the individuals you work with and their families.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and some IT skills. An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a plus but not required. You will be part of a supportive team that values integrity, passion, and resilience. Salary and Benefits Package
  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.50
  • Mixture of shifts available, including mornings and afternoons
  • Alternate weekends required, but full-time shifts available
