Job Overview

Sodexo is seeking a highly motivated and organized General Assistant/Driver to join our team at Great Missenden School. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our food and beverage business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality meals for our school team and pupils.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and serving area.
  • Support the loading and unloading of supply and delivery vehicles.
  • Adhere to food handling and hygiene regulations.
  • Ensure all equipment is operated correctly and safely.
  • Represent Sodexo in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License required.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Package Details

  • £ per hour.
  • hours per week.
  • Working pattern: Monday-Friday.
  • Must be able to drive manual as you will be required to drive company van.
  • Term Time only week Working Contract paid over 52 weeks.

Equated pay (sometimes known as spread-over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks and holiday pay spread over 12 months instead of just receiving pay during the months that you work and none during the school closures/non-working weeks.
