About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Physiotherapy Team: Assist in the delivery of physiotherapy services to patients, including assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation programs.
  • Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring that patients receive a high level of service and support throughout their treatment journey.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the physiotherapy team, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as booking appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that equipment and facilities are maintained in a clean and safe condition, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in physiotherapy.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Possess a relevant qualification in physiotherapy or a related field.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an inpatient and outpatient care environment.
  • Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Competencies: Possess the necessary competencies to assess patient comfort and adapt behavior accordingly.
