Young People's Support Specialist

This challenging yet rewarding role involves working closely with young people aged 17-24, providing guidance and support as they navigate the complexities of adulthood. As a Personal Advisor, you will be the allocated worker and key contact, fostering meaningful relationships and empowering individuals to achieve their aspirations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining Pathway Plans in collaboration with young people
  • Conducting regular visits and maintaining accurate case records
  • Collaborating with partner agencies to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Providing practical, personal, and emotional support

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated professional who shares our commitment to supporting young people. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability, with a strong ability to work in line with corporate parenting principles.

Salary: £16.26 per hour (37 hours per week)
