Job Description: Experienced Quantity Surveyor with Strong Analytical Skills

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled quantity surveyor to join our team at Resourcing Group. As an Experienced Quantity Surveyor with Strong Analytical Skills, you will be responsible for preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects. You will also conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to determine project viability and provide expert advice to project managers, engineers, and contractors.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced quantity surveyor to work on a variety of projects, including construction and development schemes. As an Experienced Quantity Surveyor with Strong Analytical Skills, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of project costs and financial transactions and providing expert advice on contractual claims and disputes.

Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
* Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to determine project viability.
* Analyze complex data and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
* Provide expert advice to project managers, engineers, and contractors on cost-related matters.
* Maintain accurate records of project costs and financial transactions.
* Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
* Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
* Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
