We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Team Lead to oversee the delivery of high-quality mechanical, electrical, and associated maintenance services at our prestigious site. As the successful candidate, you will manage a team of engineers and sub-contractors, ensuring operational efficiency and meeting contractual KPIs while managing costs to meet financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of mechanical and electrical maintenance services.
  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplined team, handling recruitment, performance management, and appraisals.
  • Monitor service levels to meet contractual KPIs and manage costs effectively.
  • Provide root cause analysis to improve processes and address day-to-day issues.
  • Investigate and resolve escalations to improve first-time fix rates and reduce unnecessary subcontracting.
  • Support site audits, promoting best practices in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong technical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, including recruitment and performance management.
  • Proficient in operational spending management and computer-literate with Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
  • A proactive "can-do" attitude with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Electrical Qualification C&Q Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technical estate environment.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is required.
