About the Role:
Maintenance Supervisor

Our client is a leading facilities provider seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to join their team due to an expansion of a contract.

The successful candidate will have an electrical or mechanical background, with proven track record in commercial maintenance and ability to pass a security check.

This role involves managing a team of engineers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining effective control over maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, managing engineer rotas, conducting toolbox talks, preparing reports for senior management, conducting appraisals, managing subcontractors, and overseeing a budget.

The estimated salary for this role is around £50,000 per annum, based on industry standards. Working hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity to join a company that offers ongoing development and career progression as well as good benefits.
