Care Team Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Leonard Cheshire. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in providing effective supervision and leadership to a team of Support Workers, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality care and support.
About the Role:This is a challenging yet exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our customers. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Providing effective supervision and leadership to a team of Support Workers
- Ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality care and support
- Working collaboratively with other teams to achieve our goals and objectives
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our customers
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care and support provided
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A level of professional development and registration (NVQ/SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, L4 NVQ/SVQ) or willingness to work towards a relevant qualification
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in supervising a team
- Flexibility to work within rostered hours and prepared to participate in an on-call rota where required
