About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at The Running Horse in Fakenham. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the pub, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales growth.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
