Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the efficient operation of the practice, which includes overseeing personnel, facilities, and resources.

- Assess staff satisfaction and performance metrics across various departments.

- Guarantee the provision of high-quality patient care by evaluating patient satisfaction, clinical results, and safety protocols.

- Formulate and execute practice policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory standards and best practices.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including patients, suppliers, and healthcare partners.

- Ensure accurate and current record-keeping, encompassing patient data, employee files, and performance analytics.

- Manage the Quality Outcome Framework (QOF), Locally Commissioned Services, and other claims to maximize revenue and adhere to best practices.
