  • Identifying and caring for women with more complex pregnancies
  • Providing interventions and key messages around public health, including infant feeding
  • Recognizing deterioration in the physical or mental condition of a patient and taking appropriate action/escalation and managing emergencies
Person Specification

We are looking for a Registered Midwife with current UK registration and NMC PIN who is able to use initiative, possess good interpersonal skills, excellent organisational skills, excellent time management, and ability to be a reflective practitioner committed to professional and personal development. The ideal candidate will have experience of working effectively independently and within a team, being approachable and able to build relationships with a wide variety of colleagues, keen to develop themselves and others, open to new ideas, and willing to share their experiences with others.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a bespoke training and development program, a warm welcome to our trust, and the opportunity to assist in supporting the development of our preceptorship, internationally educated, and student midwives.
