Position Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a secure, clean, and hygienic environment for those in our care.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation related to the facility.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of quality assurance systems.
  • Oversee inspections and coordinate with contractors for necessary work.
  • Ensure adherence to national regulations and inspection criteria.
  • Effectively manage maintenance tasks and workloads.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Facilities Manager on larger-scale projects.
  • Identify and implement facility enhancement initiatives.
  • Oversee the upkeep of outdoor areas.
