Job Title: Solar PV Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Solar PV Site Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing renewable energy company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining commercial solar PV systems, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain commercial solar PV systems, including risk assessment and method statement reviews, inspection, reporting, and surveying.
  • Manage and communicate with sub-contractors, clients, and team-members, ensuring projects are completed on time and any problems are dealt with in a constructive manner.
  • Produce risk assessment and method statement reviews, inspect, report, and survey commercial solar PV system sites.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial solar PV site management or a related field.
  • Technical competence with commercial solar PV systems, including inspection, reporting, and surveying.
  • Electrical qualifications or background are desirable.
  • Ability to work away 2-4 days per week.
  • Telehandler and IPAF operation.
  • SMSTS certification or above.
