Server Team Leader

Few & Far is a seasonal farm-to-table restaurant in search of a Server Team Leader.

We are a local restaurant helmed by Stan Hilbert, Eric Cooper, and Caitlin Amaral. The trio has worked together for years at Forage in Cambridge and will build on this collaboration to create a welcoming environment that upholds high standards for service and cuisine.

We seek dependable, focused individuals with a genuine positive attitude and sense of urgency who are driven by hospitality. Our ideal Server Team Leader should have experience in a similar restaurant, be passionate about food and beverage, and maintain a high level of service even in fast-paced environments.

A love for hospitality and a desire to learn about local food are essential. Ideal candidates work well in teams and are excited to discover new seasonal menu items and craft cocktails in a fun/positive atmosphere.

As a Server Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing servers, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You will also assist with training new staff members and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.
