Few & Far is hiring a Lead Server.
We are seasonal/local farm to table restaurant helmed by owner/operator Stan Hilbert , chef/owner Eric Cooper , and general manager Caitlin Amaral . The trio has worked together for the last 8 years at Forage in Cambridge and they will build on this collaboration to create a comfortable and hospitable environment that will be down to earth and will maintain the highest standards for service and cuisine.
We are looking for humble, ego-free individuals with a genuinely positive attitude and sense of urgency who are dependable, focused and hospitality-driven. Our Lead Server should have a few years of experience in a like-minded restaurant, be passionate about food and beverage and be able to work quickly & calmly while still maintaining a high level of service. A love for hospitality and a desire to learn about local food are a must. Ideal candidates work well in a team environment and are excited to discover new seasonal menu items and craft cocktails in a fast-paced and fun/positive atmosphere.
