Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our Sales Team at Sue Ross Recruitment Ltd. This is a high-profile role that requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with Account Directors and Senior Leaderships to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams to improve performance, enhance lead generation, and expand the existing account base.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years sales and sales leadership experience in exhibits, custom product/marketing solutions or advertising industry.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably business/marketing/communications emphasis. MBA a plus.
  • Demonstrated client and employee relationship management skills.
  • Heavy travel required.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be entitled to a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and generous holiday allowance.
