Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team, develop menus, and ensure exceptional food quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and collaborating with the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
  • Develop and implement menus, ensuring high-quality ingredients and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Budget management and cost control

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a similar establishment
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional food quality and customer service
