Private Client Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Private Client Paralegal to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading law firm in Solihull, providing key legal services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage Wills, ensuring all documents are signed correctly and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle client interactions in person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist with Wills administration, identifying any need for specialist advice and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Support marketing and development efforts within the firm, contributing to the growth and success of the team.
  • Manage working capital control, including time recording, billing, and credit control, to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
Requirements:
  • Relevant legal experience or training, with a strong understanding of Private Client law and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, for occasional travel to meet with clients and attend meetings.
