About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a Technical Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the domestic energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training and support to our clients, including Introductory Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor Training and continued professional development courses.
- Work closely with our support team to provide exceptional customer service, including writing technical material and offering telephone and email support.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and maintain our technical expertise and knowledge in the domestic energy sector.

Requirements:
- A positive can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in a similar role and a Domestic Energy Assessor qualification.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain good working relationships in a team environment.
- A passion/interest in renewable energy and/or sustainability.
