Technical Advisor - Domestic Energy


About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor to join our team in Leicester. As a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on domestic energy efficiency to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver high-quality training and support to our clients on domestic energy efficiency
  • Work closely with our Existing Dwellings support team to provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain technical materials to support our clients
  • Provide telephone and email support to our clients

Requirements:



  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to travel to the Wakefield office on a hybrid basis
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Good attention to detail
  • Domestic Energy Assessor qualification
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
