Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead

Rochdale Health Alliance is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality primary healthcare within our Primary Care Network (PCN).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the PCN Clinical Director and member practices to ensure the smooth running of the PCN.
  • Oversee the administration of the PCN, including managing holiday and sickness of PCN staff.
  • Provide project management support for new and existing opportunities.
  • Monitor and check the accuracy of submissions for Enhanced Services on behalf of the PCN.

Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent level education.
  • Demonstrable experience of general practice and primary care.
  • Knowledge of budget management and experience of developing and managing relationships with a variety of clients and stakeholders.
