We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Digital Transformation Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to support our local primary care networks and take on a key role in driving digital transformation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of high-quality primary healthcare within the Primary Care Network (PCN)
- Coordinate the administration of the PCN, including managing holiday and sickness leave
- Provide project management support for new and existing opportunities
- Monitor and check the accuracy of submissions for Enhanced Services on behalf of the PCN
- Oversee the administration of the PCN and support the PCN Clinical Director in developing strategic and operational planning processes

Requirements- Degree or equivalent level education
- Demonstrable experience of general practice and primary care
- Knowledge of budget management and experience of developing and managing relationships with a variety of clients and stakeholders
