Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Biology teacher to join our team at a school in North Bristol.

The successful candidate will have experience in teaching KS3 & 4 Science, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent student outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans, incorporating a range of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Provide regular feedback and support to students, monitoring their progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students from identified groups.

Requirements

  • QTS and a relevant undergraduate degree; experience teaching KS3 & 4 Science is essential.
  • Proven ability to create engaging and challenging lesson plans, with a focus on academic excellence.
  • A strong commitment to high expectations of work and behavior.

Salary: Estimated £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
