We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Archie's. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate all orders in line with Archie's specifications.
  • Control all supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed with an understanding of stocks with preps and par levels to forecast.
  • Store food products in compliance with safety procedures (e.g. FIFO).
  • Train kitchen staff on prep work, correct packaging, and presentation to specification.
  • Control operational costs and wastage.
  • Ensure that store targets and compliance with sanitation and safety regulations are met and recorded.
  • Uphold the Archie's brand and suggest ways that we can improve.
  • Motivate, mentor, develop, and lead others providing feedback/guidance where needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the senior manager on shift.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a QSR or branded restaurant environment.
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Demonstrate excellent time keeping, reliability, and be flexible to work across 7 days to meet the needs of the business.
  • The ability to pick up new skills quickly and become a future leader.
  • A can-do attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and pride in your work.
