Direct Sales Advisor

Everflow is a multi-utility retail company forming part of the Everflow Group. We are the fastest growing water retail company in the UK, with a focus on SME businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-selling multiple utilities and additional Everflow products
  • Generating quotations to new and existing customers using our custom-built system
  • Handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to customers
  • Accurately inputting outcomes to Sales Force CRM
  • Offering quotations to business customers and closing business
  • Objection handling and listening to customer needs
  • Assisting with customer queries and managing workload to ensure high levels of productivity
Requirements:
  • Strong sales ability and proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong relationship building skills
  • Confidence and work ethic to talk with business owners every day
  • Enthusiasm to overcome challenges and talk about Everflow with passion and pride
  • UK telecoms or other utility industry knowledge (highly desirable)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own workload, work to a high standard with good timekeeping, and cope well under pressure
  • Self-motivated and a team player with IT literacy (Microsoft Office) and flexibility with hours during busy periods
