Job Title: Direct Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Advisor to join our team at Everflow, a multi-utility retail company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through cross-selling multiple utilities and winning new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-selling multiple utilities and additional Everflow products to existing and new customers
  • Generating quotations using our custom-built system and accurately inputting outcomes to Sales Force CRM
  • Handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to customers, providing solutions to their needs and queries
  • Managing and prioritizing workload to ensure high levels of effective productivity
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and achieve results-driven goals
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to build rapport with a wide variety of customers
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • UK telecoms or other utility industry knowledge is highly desirable
  • Flexibility to work during busy periods and adapt to changing priorities
