Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top talent in the digital marketing industry through various channels and strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for our clients' needs
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice to clients and candidates
