We are seeking a highly skilled Care and Support Professional to join our team at Sugarman Health & Wellbeing. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with complex needs, including those who display behaviours that challenge. You will work closely with the service user to promote independence, maintain their home, and support them to health appointments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing person-centred care and support to the service user
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £13.50 per hour (enhanced hourly rate on Bank Holidays) and opportunities for professional development and growth.
