Accounts Payable Role

This position involves managing the supplier ledger, authorizing and posting purchase invoices, and reconciling with supplier statements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monthly payment runs, filing of purchase invoices, and timely responses to enquiries. Additionally, they will process general journals, manage the supplier ledger, and liaise with suppliers and internal departments to clarify outstanding information.

Requirements:
  1. Experience in a similar Finance or Accounts Payable role
  2. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  3. Previous experience with Oracle NetSuite is beneficial
  4. Accuracy and attention to detail
  5. Ability to work in a small team


This is an immediate ongoing temporary position, with potential to be considered for a permanent role in the future. The successful candidate will be based in Reigate, with hybrid working arrangements in place.
