Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Underwriter to join our Southampton-based team. This role is ideal for a multiclass underwriter with experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for underwriting commercial mid-market business, operating within agreed guidelines and authority levels to profitably grow our book of business with a specific broker group.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Underwriting experience in Property & Casualty
- Computer Literate, comfortable navigating multiple systems
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
- Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary
