About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cleaner/Cleaning Operative to join our team at Dorchester Way, Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that assigned areas are clean, presentable, and serviceable at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in assigned areas.
  • Present a professional, courteous, and appropriate manner in accordance with company policies and values.
  • Carry out duties related to cleaning and waste collection within designated premises.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently to complete tasks.
About You
  • Good time-keeping skills and a positive attitude.
  • Friendly and helpful attitude towards customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage time effectively.
