Job Title: Cleaning Operative
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at ABM. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our client facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our clients and their employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Cleaning restrooms, including restocking supplies and ensuring proper hygiene
- Flexibility to move around the site as required, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Completing training modules with support from your Supervisor
Requirements:
- Cleaning experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Ability to use your own initiative to identify and prioritize tasks
- Happy to work alone and as part of a team
- Friendly and a team player
- Understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion in an active corporate building
