About the Role

As a Seasonal Sales Support Associate, you will be part of our dynamic team at Next, providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales efforts during the festive season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer fast and friendly service to customers, helping them find products that meet their needs
  • Share product knowledge with colleagues and customers alike
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation, ensuring shelves are stocked and visually appealing
  • Support colleagues in various areas of the store, including stockrooms and delivery processing
  • Help facilitate efficient stock replenishment and movement
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers to ensure seamless operations
  • Take ownership of your professional development and growth opportunities
