We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Assistant at The Entertainer in Manchester, Arndale Shopping Centre.

About the Role

As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and our stores are visually appealing.

You will work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our store with a smile on their face.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that you are aware of all products and services offered by The Entertainer.
  • Ensure that our stores are visually appealing, maintaining a high level of store presentation and visual merchandising.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
