Job Summary:
Prince Personnel Limited is seeking a highly skilled Health & Safety Manager to oversee the development and implementation of health and safety policies, processes and practices. About the Role:
The Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring that best practice and legal standards are upheld, and risk assessments, accident investigations and near-miss reports are actioned, and corrective actions are implemented. The successful candidate will also oversee the facilities management of the site and provide guidance on maintaining and enhancing the H&S Management system and policies.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement health and safety policies, processes and practices
* Ensure that best practice and legal standards are upheld
* Conduct risk assessments, investigate accidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions
* Prepare and present H&S related stats and KPI's to the SMT
* Identify and mitigate hazards and risks
* Provide leadership and guidance on H&S matters

Requirements:
* A strong background in Health & Safety Management
* Proven track record of implementing effective H&S systems and processes
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
