In this role as a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists in delivering exceptional customer service and providing essential pharmacy services. You will work closely with other pharmacy colleagues to share information and best practices, and will be responsible for ensuring that pharmacy colleagues are effectively scheduled and managed.

With over 100 in-store pharmacies, we enable millions of customers to look after themselves inside and out.

About the Role
As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists in delivering exceptional customer service through proactive engagement with customers and the community. You will also ensure that pharmacy services such as flu vaccines and NHS Pharmacy First Service are provided efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of pharmacists in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Provide essential pharmacy services including flu vaccines and NHS Pharmacy First Service.
  • Ensure effective scheduling and management of pharmacy colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with other pharmacy colleagues to share information and best practices.
  • Coach and lead the pharmacy team to deliver agreed KPIs.
  • Provide direction and guidance to pharmacy colleagues to ensure a safe and effective workflow.

About You
We are looking for a highly skilled pharmacist with a true desire to help others by leading their team and enhancing current services. You should possess a Pharmacy degree, be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and have experience working in the community pharmacy sector.

Benefits
Morrison's offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus benefits including 6 weeks paid annual leave, 15% discount in our stores, matched pension contributions, private healthcare, and career progression opportunities.
