Fabrication Plant Engineer

Join our team as a Fabrication Plant Engineer and contribute to the success of Hovis Ltd in Nottingham.

This role requires an individual with a passion for maintenance and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

About the Position:

You will be responsible for repairing mechanical faults within the factory, carrying out essential machine maintenance to ensure smooth production line operation, and maintaining site utilities and facilities.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Repairing equipment and machinery to minimize downtime
  • Conducting routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills
