**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing and Supply Coordinator to join our vibrant team at Universal Business Team in Gloucester.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of purchasing principles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Procure materials and services from vendors and suppliers* Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers* Analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions* Maintain accurate records and reports* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives*

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred* Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software* Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
