We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team from the very beginning and play a key role in driving performance and delivering exceptional care.

The Role:

As one of the first Veterinary Surgeons in our new practice, you\u2019ll be instrumental in shaping its culture and success. You\u2019ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, working closely with our Clinical Director and wider support network to ensure the practice delivers outstanding client experiences and high-quality veterinary care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a mix of consultations, in-patient care, and surgery, with the opportunity for case continuity.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their pets.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the practice.
  • Work collaboratively with the start-up team to deliver the business plan and clinical excellence.

We are looking for a friendly, empathetic vet with strong communication skills, confident in both general surgery and medicine. However, you will be supported by a highly experienced team to help you thrive.

About the Practice:

Our purpose-built practice includes separate cat and dog waiting areas, isolation facilities, six consulting rooms, a bereavement room, two theatres, a dental suite, and an imaging room. A well-equipped clinic offers all the diagnostic and surgical equipment you\u2019d expect from a modern veterinary practice.

As part of our start-up team, you\u2019ll be at the forefront of building something special while working in a fun, enthusiastic environment with high clinical standards.
