We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at our brand-new practice in Worcestershire. As one of the first Veterinary Surgeons in our new practice, you'll be instrumental in shaping its culture and success.

You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, working closely with our Clinical Director and wider support network to ensure the practice delivers outstanding client experiences and high-quality veterinary care.

The ideal candidate will be a friendly, empathetic vet with strong communication skills, confident in both general surgery and medicine. However, you will be supported by a highly experienced team to help you thrive.

We offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team from the very beginning and play a key role in driving performance and delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a mix of consultations, in-patient care, and surgery, with the opportunity for case continuity.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their pets.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the practice.
  • Work collaboratively with the start-up team to deliver the business plan and clinical excellence.

About the Practice: Our purpose-built practice includes separate cat and dog waiting areas, isolation facilities, six consulting rooms, a bereavement room, two theatres, a dental suite, and an imaging room.
