About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Nurse to join our team on the Elective Surgical Ward at Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital. As a Bank Staff Nurse, you will work on an ad-hoc basis to support the needs of the business and your availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Be flexible and motivated, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Work directly with some of the best clinical talent in the industry, gaining valuable experience and skills.
  • Collaborate with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity in patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of the ward and the hospital, sharing your ideas and expertise to improve patient care and services.

Person Specification

  • Registration with the appropriate governing body, including NMC.
  • Post-registration experience, with a strong understanding of patient care and clinical procedures.
