We are supporting a Not-For-Profit organisation with their recruitment of two HR Project Managers to better conditions for healthcare workers.

This role is ideal for anyone who has experience managing the rollout of HR/Payroll systems, especially iTrent.

About the Role:

  • You will take the lead on transitioning from the organisation's current HR/Payroll system to iTrent.
  • Organise the rollout following project management guidelines and principles.
  • Establish and monitor the project budget, managing invoices where needed.

About You:

  • You will have solid experience delivering HR transformation projects, especially with a focus on iTrent rollouts.
  • A good all-round knowledge of HR project rollout management is required.
  • Experience with rolling out iTrent in a previous role is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of best practices in creating and delivering project plans is essential.
  • Ability to negotiate and consult with internal and external stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • Salary up to £58,000 per annum.
  • Up to two pay rises a year if not at the top of your band.
  • 28 days leave plus bank holidays.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Functionally remote working.
  • Up to 12% employer pension contribution.
