Job Title: Sterilization Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our corporate sterilisation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating new and current industrial irradiator technology and dosimetry methods.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate new and current industrial irradiator technology and dosimetry methods.
- Provide engineering and technical support to the team.
- Operations/radiological/validation member of iSALT corporate sterilisation team.
- Shared with the Senior RPS's, responsibility for strict radiological safety requirements, training and procedures.
- Report on engineering related topics to Plant Management, Members of the Steriliser Business Team and the Steriliser Technicians.

### Your Background:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A degree in Science or Engineering related subjects.
- Experience and ability in statistical analysis techniques.
- Project management experience, leading activities.

### What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, health insurance and annual leave. This role is based in Plymouth, UK and offers a work-life balance with standard office hours.
