About the Role
We're expanding our Sterile Services Department at our Plymouth hospital and we need your expertise to help us achieve our goal of providing a swifter service to our patients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sterile Services Department Lead and Theatre Manager to ensure a high standard of decontamination and sterile supplies service is maintained.
- Prepare medical devices for use by ensuring they're clean, checked, packed, assembled, sterilized, and distributed correctly.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Identify and report any issues or breakdowns that may impact our services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve our services.
