Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at The Rule, a leading hospitality venue. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and mentoring your team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coach your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of quality and safety in the absence of management.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for our guests, and foster a positive and supportive team culture.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old, as this role involves the sale of alcohol.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
