Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Randstad CPE. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of civil engineering projects.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established civil engineering contractor, with a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from road improvements to aviation projects. You will be working on a high-profile project, including building works, and will be responsible for:

  • Procuring sub-contractors and negotiating costs
  • Drawing up contracts and managing change control
  • Preparing final accounts and managing project re-measure
  • Managing subcontractors and working within an integrated team
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NEC 3 or 4 (Option B and E experience)
  • Degree/HND in Quantity Surveying
  • Excellent IT and maths skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent report writing skills
  • Experience in highways, bridges, infrastructure, environmental, frameworks, and special works
What We Offer:
