Cpl UK Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Palliative Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with life-limiting illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Assessment and Treatment: Take a lead role in the advanced assessment and treatment of patients with life-limiting illnesses, utilizing your expertise to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Service Development: Contribute actively to the development of our palliative care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Supervision and Education: Provide supervision and education to other healthcare professionals, promoting best practice and supporting the development of our team.
  • Research and Quality Improvement: Undertake evidence-based projects and audits, making recommendations for change in practice and development as required.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Advanced clinical skills and experience in palliative care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
