Job Posting: Sales Support Administrator (12-Month Contract)
Location: Remote position
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our dedicated team for a 12-month contract. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customer service, pricing, and sales teams to facilitate seamless operations.
- Generate accurate and timely customer quotations.
- Ensure all quotations meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Manage customer inquiries and issues related to incorrect purchase orders (POs) via email.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
