About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Domestic Assistant. This is a permanent position based in West Brom, with the opportunity to relocate to Brindley Place, Birmingham in the future.
As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential schemes. This will include cleaning internal communal areas, such as corridors, lounges, and kitchens, as well as external areas like courtyards, paths, and porches.
You will also be required to assist the Housing Officer with tasks such as reporting repairs and maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to maintenance issues.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, trustworthy, and has a friendly and approachable nature. You will need to have previous experience in cleaning or domestic duties and be willing to work as part of a team or alone.
